I am committed to providing quality AR System consulting and application development for my clients.  I have 10+ years experience with the AR System and possess project management skills that help keep your implementation or upgrade on time and on budget.

I have participated in many projects ranging from full scale ITSM Implementations to simple AR System upgrades.  In my previous positions as a Help Desk Manager and Call Center Technician I obtained first hand experience with the fast-paced world of customer support.  My applications focus not only on the web or client interface to support but on how well the product assists in managing the client's support processes.  I follow ITIL methodolgies and BMC best practices wherever possible and prudent.

I enjoy the challange of creating the perfect product to meet current requirements and provide scalability to meet future needs.
